Carlton Towers are proud to launch our very own Gin in partnership with Fairfax Distillery.

Our journey began in June 2023…Lord Gerald and Lady Emma worked with Kelly from Fairfax to look at different flavours and ingredients to create their perfect blend. They spent the day learning about the process and foraging ingredients from the estate. A few months down the line, we are happy to launch or first flavour!
Our Carlton Towers Gin will be available to buy per bottle (collection only) and will be stocked in our in-house bar to purchase at Weddings or events.
Our Gin would make the perfect gift, souvenir for Wedding couples to remember their special day or just a treat for yourself!
